No moment like the present… call to action

OK.  This is a call to action.  For all those who claim you are the 99% write to your elected officials.  Tell them you don’t want to extend the tax break for the wealthy.  On November 23rd, the Congressional Deficit Reduction Super-Committee will meet to decide on whether or not to keep Obama’s extension to the Bush tax-cuts –  A segment of Occupy Wall Street is marching to Washington, DC to tell our representatives that we are not going to stand for this anymore.

2012 election campaigns are revving up and now is the time to tell them who we are and how we feel.  Make them accountable to US not just to the people stuffing their cuffers.  We want the transparency that is needed and we want / expect them to represent the majority of the people.  That’s what they are there.  If that’s not what they want to do then they should get other jobs.  The are public officials, not private – they work for us and we expect them to start doing their jobs.  Here are the names and addresses of your districts in NJ

This is a non-partisan issue.   It doesn’t matter what party you belong to – you let them know you are part of the 99% PARTY and want to see change.  Change for the good of the people not just the few high and mighty.
